Terms of Service

You must be at least 13 years old (or the minimum age required in your country) to use Koments. If you are under 18, you may only use Koments with the consent of a parent or guardian.

You are responsible for your account and for keeping your credentials secure. Provide accurate information and do not impersonate others or share your account. You can delete your account at any time from Profile → Settings.

You own the comments and other content you post. By posting, you grant Koments a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to host, display, and distribute that content within the service so other users can see it. You are responsible for what you post and must have the rights to post it.

You agree not to post content or engage in behavior that violates our Community Guidelines, including harassment, hate speech, sexual content involving minors, credible threats, spam, scams, or impersonation. You also agree not to interfere with the service, scrape data, reverse engineer the app, or circumvent security or rate limits.

We may remove content, restrict features, suspend, or terminate accounts that violate these Terms or our Community Guidelines, or where required by law. Users can report content, and reports are reviewed by our moderation team.

Koments Pro is an optional paid subscription. On iOS, subscriptions are purchased through the App Store and billed by Apple under Apple's terms; prices are shown in the App Store purchase flow. Subscriptions renew automatically unless cancelled in your App Store settings at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. Refunds are handled by Apple according to App Store policies.

Title metadata and artwork are provided by The Movie Database (TMDB) and GIFs by GIPHY. Koments is not endorsed or certified by TMDB or by any studio or streaming service.

Koments is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee that the service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that content (including scan-derived timestamps) will always be accurate.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Koments and its operators will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for loss of data, arising from your use of the service.

We may update these Terms; the current version with its date is always available on this page. Material changes will be notified in the app, and continued use after changes means you accept the updated Terms. You may stop using Koments at any time.
